The Distances
We offer a ride distance for all skill levels and ages. You can choose the 100, 50, 25, 15 or 7 mile routes at Bike the Coast. Enjoy each route at your own pace.

Take it all in while cycling along San Diego’s most beautiful coastal regions. You’ll ride into Oceanside, Carlsbad, Encinitas, Solana Beach, and Del Mar as you make your way back to the finish line party in Oceanside.

Multiple sclerosis is an unpredictable disease of the central nervous system. Currently there is no cure. Early diagnosis and treatment are critical to minimize disability. Significant progress is being made to achieve a world free of MS.
